The model
Senior judgement, without the pyramid.
Traditional consulting firms grow by adding people underneath senior people. Layers of analysts produce the work, and the senior name appears at the beginning and the end.
AI for Growth is built the other way round. Experienced advisors do the work themselves, supported by AI tools and by a shared advisory intelligence system, with specialists joining where the problem needs them. The questions clients bring us are judgement questions, and they are not answered well by volume.
Senior. AI-leveraged. Knowledge-compounding. Vendor-neutral.
What the firm is made of
Three things, and only one of them is people.
The practice
Four advisory offers, each answering one question about one workflow: Explore, Diagnose, Design, Guide. Advisory only. We do not build and we do not resell.
The system
The methods, the decision tools, the quality standard, and the advisory intelligence system: what holds up in production, what models and vendors are good for, what they cost to run, what has gone wrong elsewhere. Every engagement draws on it, and every engagement adds to it.
The network
Senior advisors, relationship partners and specialists who work by engagement in the markets and industries they know. Everyone goes through the same immersion before client work, so the answer a client gets does not depend on which advisor they got.
How an engagement runs
How work arrives, and how it gets done.
Most engagements start with a Relationship Partner — someone senior who knows the leadership community in a market or an industry, opens the conversation, and stays with it until there is real work to hand over.
From there, one Advisory Partner takes the question, does the work and stays with the client to the answer. AI tools and agents carry most of the research, analysis and drafting. Specialists join for the part that needs them. Nothing steers the recommendation: no resale margin, no referral commission, no vendor incentive.
That is the whole delivery model. There is no layer underneath it to manage.
Everyone on an engagement is paid a share of its revenue — the Relationship Partner who brought it in, the Advisory Partner who leads it, and any specialist who joins. What that share is depends on the role, and is agreed before the work starts.
How a market opens
A senior operator, the system, and a local network.
We are based in Bangalore, India, and started in the markets we can reach and work in from there: India itself, the UAE and the UK. Each is opened the same way — a senior Relationship Partner who knows the leadership community, an Advisory Partner or two who can lead the work, and the system behind them from day one.
A market we cannot reach ourselves is opened by a market partner: a senior operator who operates the market and builds the local network, working on our practices, content and advisory intelligence system. The market gets a local firm. The firm gets a market. The system gets what that market learns.
Why it compounds
Every engagement should leave the firm stronger.
Each engagement can add a pattern, a procedure, a vendor insight, a worked example, a failure worth remembering, a stronger decision tool. Because those go into the system rather than into a deck or one person’s memory, a new advisor in a new market does not start from scratch, and a client is never limited to what one advisor has seen.
We do not intend to build our advantage by accumulating people. We intend to build it by accumulating intelligence.
For investors
Can professional services get software-like leverage without becoming software?
That is the thesis.
- Senior expertise separated from junior production.
- A meaningful share of advisory knowledge work absorbed by AI.
- Institutional knowledge encoded and reused across markets rather than rebuilt in each one.
- Specialists assembled when needed rather than carried permanently.
- Quality living partly in the system rather than only in supervision.
Investment does not buy a pyramid. It buys the core the network runs on: a small full-time team to keep the system current and support engagements, full-time Advisory Partners in the first markets, the immersion programme, and the market-partner model taken beyond the markets we can reach ourselves.
If the mechanisms hold, the result is a different kind of advisory:
senior at the edge · variable in capacity · AI-leveraged · knowledge-compounding · premium without a pyramid
